Assuming one of your locations was served under a rate designated Commercial Lighting service #1 and we suggested a change to the General Service #2. If you were in fact to follow our recommendation and a savings results, then CUS and your company will share in the reductions. An example of a savings and method of billing is as follows: |

A similar billing would be rendered each and every month during the share period. The only difference would be in the amount of savings, which is predicated on the monthly consumption. The billing can easily be verified since it must be applicable to the prevailing rates in effect. In order for a savings to be realized, there must be a former rate, which you were served under prior to taking advantage of our recommendation, and a present rate which you would have to change to, as a result of our recommendation being implemented by you. |
